Take the post-test

This independent study (recorded webinar) was created so that nursing home staff can learn about the SBAR communication technique. It defines SBAR and gives practical examples showing how to incorporate SBAR. To apply for CNEs, participants must view the recorded SBAR and take the online evaluation and post-test. As part of the independent study, the webinar is expected to be viewed prior to completing the post-test and evaluation. Links to the webinar and evaluation/posttest are above. A unique e-mail address (non-institutional) must be entered into the online evaluation. A post-test score of 80 percent or more is required for successful completion. If you do not pass the post-test, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the need to re-take the post-test. Follow the directions closely. If you have problems with the independent study/ recorded webinar or Zoomerang post-test link please contact Kati Bennett at 1.877.346.6180, ext. 7702, or kbennett@wvmi.org. Successful completion of all requirements will result in a contact hour certificate of completion.
