Ordering Made Easy

Follow the instructions below to order our free quality improvement tools. 


Step 1: Visit the Web site

Visit our fulfillment vendor's, Advertiser's Associates, ordering Web site.

Step 2: Log in

Once at the site, log in as a guest user by completing the fields on the left-hand side.

To log in as a guest:

  • Enter your name.
  • Select your user type. Choose the user type that best matches your facility: hospital, home health agency, nursing home, or physician office.
  • Enter your e-mail address.
  • Enter your contact phone number.
  • Click Log In.


Step 3: Select your category

Categories for ordering are located on the left-hand side of the screen.

To view the items in each category, click on the category name. Once you have selected your category, you will see a table including the item number, item picture (where available), quantities of each item in inventory, and the order limit

Step 4: How to order

You may order two different ways.

Once you have selected your category and found the item(s) you want:

  • You may click the check box in the Select column next to the items you want
  • Click Quick Add Items at the bottom of the table
  • This will automatically add an order for a quantity of one for each item you selected.

OR

  • You may click on the Product ID
  • Enter the quantity you want into the text box
  • Click Add to order
  • This will add whatever quantity you typed to your order.

You may also update quantities from the Current Order page (see Step 5).

Step 5: View your order

  • Every time you add something to your order, you will be taken to a screen showing you your current order.
  • You may also view your order by clicking on Current Order in the blue box at the top of the screen.

Step 6: How to check out

  • From your current order screen, you may make any changes to quantities by changing the field in the Quantity Ordered column. Be sure to click on Updated Changes after each change you make.
  • When you have finalized your quantities, click Proceed with order.
  • On the next screen, enter your shipping address and requested date. The requested date should be the date you would like to receive the items. Please give up to a week for items to be delivered. Enter any special instructions for delivery, if needed.
  • Click Confirm Order.

Quality Insights will review your order and will notify you if there are any questions. You can expect your order to be received by the date requested unless notified otherwise.

Please note: all tools are free of charge, but quantities are limited.
