Quality Insights of Pennsylvania is a not-for-profit health care quality improvement company. We are the state’s federally designated Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) and the lead partner in two grants to establish Health Information Technology Regional Extension Centers (HITRECs) in eastern and western Pennsylvania. Additionally, Quality Insights is one of a handful of qualified Measures Instrument Development Support (MIDS) contractors that has developed national quality measures for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
